2020 Quarry Road Chardonnay

Fans of Chablis will be intrigued by this chardonnay; although lightly oaked, the wine is focused and direct with ripe pear and apple fruit in measure. A lovely companion with herbed goat cheese tarts, Indian aloo gobi with cauliflower and potatoes, and herb-crusted sea bass with pea purée.

2020 Tawse Cabernet Merlot
VQA Niagara Peninsula

Dark ruby in colour, this blend of cabernet sauvignon (48%), merlot (44%), and cabernet franc (8%) has opulent notes of dark cherry, cassis, licorice, and a green vegetal note on the finish. This outstanding vintage is excellently structured and balanced with ripe tannins. A wonderful match with ribollita (Tuscan-style soup) with Swiss chard and cannellini beans, roast beef with garlic potatoes, and lamb souvlaki.

2020 Growers Blend Cabernet Franc

Aged for 16 months in French oak, this supple cabernet franc has pleasing concentration and offers abundant blackberry and blackcurrant fruit and a lingering, mouthwatering finish that beckons another sip. Pair it with steak frites, Spanish rice with chorizo sausage, and chicken Paprikash.
